Booth Details

$3,000 per 10’ x 10’ booth reserved. There is a $200 additional charge per exposed corner.

Booth ID sign with company name and booth number (inline booths)

Eight (8) complimentary exhibitor registrations per 10’ x 10’ booth reserved, with a maximum of 40

Complimentary exhibit hall passes to invite your customers and prospects to PLA 2026, with a maximum of 20

Exhibitor Registration and Housing

To register your booth staff and book housing, please follow these instructions:

Go to https://pla2026.smallworldlabs.com/home.
Click on the Login button.
If you do not have your Individual Password saved, enter your email and click Forgot Password/First Time Login. Note: You must enter your email address. You will create a new password, separate from your Company password that you used to confirm your booth. Please contact pla@corcexpo.com if you need assistance.
Enter your email address in the new window and click Submit.
You will receive an automated email from admin@smallworldlabs.com to reset your password.
Create your password and click Reset Password.
Return to the login page at https://pla2026.smallworldlabs.com/home and log in with your email and new password.
Once logged in, you will be taken to the dashboard. This is where you can update your booth profile, register your staff for badges and housing, order lead retrieval and access the floor plan.

Host Your Event

Please review the instructions for hosting an event in conjunction with PLA 2026. Exhibitors and sponsors who want to host an event in conjunction with PLA 2026 must contact the representative at the hotel of choice as early as possible prior to January 17, 2026.

Use of Conference Logo

The custom logos of the PLA 2026 Conference are the property of PLA. Anyone wishing to use the logos in their communications and promotional materials must: 1) seek permission from PLA, and 2) submit communication/artwork incorporating the logo to PLA for final approval. The logo may not be modified and must be reproduced in its entirety (i.e., no outlines, cropping).
