Organizations interested in hosting a recruitment table can register to participate in the Career Fair. Employer registration includes:

Registration fee: $250 per table

Mini-Mentoring

Looking for career advice or professional guidance?
Mini-Mentoring offers conference attendees the opportunity to meet one-on-one with experienced public library leaders for short, focused mentoring conversations.
Each session:​

Lasts 15–20 minutes

Is free to conference attendees

Is available first-come, first-served

Requires no appointment
Mini-Mentoring is open to library workers at any career stage. Use your session to:​

Get feedback on your résumé

Strategize a job search or career move

Talk through a workplace challenge or project

Ask questions about professional growth in public libraries
To allow as many participants as possible to take part, attendees are limited to one mini-mentoring session and will be paired with a randomly selected mentor.
