Below, you will find links to all the permissions forms speakers are asked to complete and submit electronically, as well as links to copies of any communications sent to speakers by the PLA Office. (Note to e-Show: will speakers need to use their eshow password and ID to submit forms? If so, will need to add sentence about that here.)

February 1, 2008	Publishing/Recording Permission and Sales Form completed
February 15, 2008	Handout Waiver/Requirements Form Submitted
February 15, 2008	Handouts, electronic format, submitted to PLA
Feburary 15, 2008	Book Selling/Signing Form submitted to PLA

Some general information you may find useful:

• All permissions forms are to be submitted electronically.
• All communications from the PLA Office to National Conference speakers will be sent via e-mail.
• Program Organizers also receive copies of communications with speakers.
• You can find an interactive programming schedule on the PLA National conference web site by clicking here.
• All speakers who are members of ALA/PLA must be registered for the conference. If you haven’t already done so, you may register for the conference by clicking here. Early bird registration for PLA and MLA members closes on January 18, 2008. Advance registration closes on February 29, 2008.
• Speakers who are not members of ALA will receive a complimentary one-day registration badge. If speakers wish to attend the rest of the conference or any events that require additional payment (e.g., author luncheon) they must use the online registration form found here.
• All speakers are responsible for making his/her own travel arrangements, unless the organizer of your program requested that travel expenses be provided for you. If you haven’t already done so, you may reserve a hotel room online here.
