PLA'S 13th National Conference & Exhibition at the Oregon Convention Center
Dedicated exclusively to public libraries, PLA's 13th National Conference, March 23-27, 2010 in Portland, Ore., is your next opportunity to reach the public library market with your products and services. If you miss this conference, you'll have to wait until 2012 before you have face-to-face access to the thousands of attendees who come together to learn about the latest in library products, services, and new technologies; to get ideas; to make choices; and to buy products. They will be looking for innovative solutions and cost-saving technologies. Your representatives need to be there, to meet these valuable clients who work in all areas of the library profession and make thousands of purchasing decisions each year.

Booth Staff Registration
Register your booth staff online
. Each exhibiting company will be given 8 badges per 100 square feet of exhibit space purchased, up to a maximum of 40 badges. Tabletop locations will receive 2 badges. Use the above link to register your booth staff.  If you have questions regarding your online staff registrations, please call Debbie Gold at 702-617-4873, ext. 221. Email inquiries may be directed to plaexh@experient-inc.com.

Additional Staff
If you would like to register more staff than the number allowed, a $25.00 per person "Exhibits Only" badge fee will be charged. Please use the Exhibitor Registration - Additional Staff Form to obtain the "Exhibits Only" badges. You may fax your request along with credit card number to 312-280-1538. Please include exhibitor contact information and additional badge names. For questions about registering additional staff please contact the ALA Member and Customer Service Center at 1-800-545-2433, press option 5. Please note that your I & D personnel will not be counted against your 40 badges. If you feel that your company needs to have more than 40 staff personnel attending to your booth, please contact Carly DiVito at carly@corcexpo.com or Mike Stevens at mike@corcexpo.com. They will be happy to work with you in securing the number of badges that you may need.

Table Top Displays
-Small vendors, nonprofits, or new companies only are eligible for table space
-An organization may not display more than three conference years in a table top
-Once an exhibitor displays in a booth, they no longer qualify for a table top
-One table top per company, includes 6' draped table, two chairs, and two exhibit passes

Download and complete the Exhibit Space Application, and mail or fax it to the address/fax number on the application, or follow the instructions on the Exhibitor website to reserve a booth online. The payment schedule can also be found on the application. Note: All booths must be carpeted.
