Hotel Information

Due to the proximity of the event dates, the PLA Housing Bureau is no longer accepting housing requests. If you are planning to attend the conference and have not secured a hotel reservation or if you need to make changes to an existing reservation or need to cancel a reservation, you must contact the hotel directly. Click here for a list of the PLA Conference Hotels. When contacting the hotel to make a new reservation, please identify yourself as a PLA participant and request the conference rate. The conference rate will be based on the hotel's availability and the conference rate is not guaranteed. If contacting the hotel to make changes to an existing reservation or to cancel a reservation, do NOT contact your assigned hotel until after March 3, 2010 as the hotels will begin processing the reservations from the Housing Bureau into the Hotel system on March 1, 2010. Please understand that processing your reservations from the Housing Bureau into the Hotel system will take a few days.
