The PLA National Conference is the premier professional development event for public librarians, public library workers, trustees, Friends, library vendors, and others with an interest in public libraries. PLA 2010 will provide opportunities to learn new ideas, share success stores, hear best practices and meet colleagues from across the county and around the world. Application for Changing Course: Leadership for Navigating the New Library
Please Note: The application deadline has passed for "Changing Course: Leadership for Navigating the New Library." If you are interested in attending, please contact the PLA office at 800-545-2433, ext. 5752 to determine if space is available.

Attendees of the PLA Leadership Institute Preconference are required to submit this application for preconference selection and meet criteria for a minimum number of years of service and a statement about their role in leadership and change management in their library. Applications will be reviewed and approved by PLA leadership. More information about this and other preconferences is available on the Preconferences page!
